ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF DAIRY PRODUCTS FOR BABY FOOD

Increasing the biological and nutritional value of breast milk substitutes by enriching different macro- micronutrients is an important issue. To a certain extent, determined its antioxidant activity.
 The research aims to compare activity dairy products for baby food milk.
 current studied cow pasteurized milk, drinking ultra-pasteurized “Tyoma,” sterilized “Agusha,” “NAN,” “Nutrilon,” “Malyutka” mixtures, as well 17 women. was titrimetric permanganate method in aqueous alcoholic extracts. content antioxidants extracts all significantly exceeds their levels solutions. water-soluble lower than cow’s “Luzhaykino” but infant formula, it corresponds indicators milk. level alcohol-soluble NAN Nutrilon mixtures when compared with mixture does not differ from terms alcohol- components.
 Discussion. use separate determination hydrophilic hydrophobic revealed significant differences between enrichment easily destructible, ascorbic acid did affect (“Agusha” “Tyoma”).
 results obtained on properties based indicate need optimize composition creation substitutes.
